WHY I'M DOING THIS?
WHY I DON'T JUST USE THE HOME ASSISTANT OR SMARTTHINGS ONLY?
The simple reason is that I want to easily add Zigbee and Z-wave devices to my Home Assistant and SmartThings will greatly help me with that.
IS IT WORTH IT?
I know that there are some Zigbee and Z-wave dongles out there that, but their support is not as good as with the SmartThings and they are almost the same price as the v3 hub. So I decided to give the Home Assistant and Samsung SmartThing v3 a try.
